How to request that your Legacy Academy account and its data are deleted.
How to request deletion
- 1Call or email us using the phone number or email address registered on your Legacy Academy student/parent account, and state that you want your account and data deleted.
- 2Our school office verifies your identity against the account on file to make sure the request is really coming from you.
- 3We process the deletion in the Legacy Academy system within 30 days and confirm back to you once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your portal login and profile details (name, phone number, contact info).
- Your messages with teachers and the school office, and your AI tutor conversation history.
- Homework, grades, and attendance records tied to your account.
What we keep, and why
- Payment and financial records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax regulations, even after your account is deleted — this is a legal requirement for the school, not something we can turn off on request.
